It might be a medical tourism agency that assists patients or companies in medical or tourism business areas that also offer medical tourism services.
What kinds of benefits await an agency that joined the Association?
First of all, an agency gets access to CRM which allows managing your connections with clients. The system is designed specifically for the medical tourism market needs. It is provided by the Association's general partner, a Russian-American IT-company EasyCase and it is free for all members. With its help, each company can outrun its competitors by raising their employees’ efficiency and productivity. Aside from that, the Association organizes training sessions on a regular basis.

What does the process of becoming a member involve?
In order to become the Association member, you should fill out a special form on our website. In the following three working days, our support department manager will contact you and ask you some additional questions. Your application will be further processed within one working day after the call. After that, you will receive an official statement of your Association membership via email, to the address you've provided. All the process will last for max. 3 days. This will allow your agency to use all services provided by the Association.
